The memory
Tetrifox is rooted in a memory of tending a campfire: staying close to difficult work so other people can share its light and warmth.
During nights in the Texas woods, a best friend, mentor, and father figure took the place nearest the flames. He accepted the heat, kept the fire safe, and made space for everyone else to gather.
That memory became a model for leadership at Tetrifox: stay close to difficult work, take responsibility for it, and sustain the conditions in which the wider team can contribute.
